Introducing meditation in the office can combat these problems by decreasing stress in the work environment. Research by the National Institute of Health, Harvard’s Mind-Body Medical Institute, has proven meditation to be the single most effective method for countering stress, both physically and mentally. Companies of all sizes, including Google, Apple, and Intempus offer meditation to their employees as an integral part of their stress management program.
In addition to meditation, yoga can alleviate stress and stiffness of the body from long hours sitting at a desk. Incorporating yoga practices at work can be conveniently done within the office space and in a short period of time. I will provide employees with powerful tools needed to manage everyday challenges and to optimize health and well being.
My name is Masha Kouzmenko and I am the co-founder of Silicon Valley Wellness. Our mission is to help individuals optimize their wellbeing from the inside out through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I have been practicing meditation for more than 6 years and teaching for the past 3 years. I have taught in schools, hospitals, studios, and corporates. I have also been practicing yoga for 17 years and received a corporate yoga certificate.

*Options available: 1 hour yoga, 1 hour meditation, ½ hour of each, 45 minutes yoga and 15 minutes meditation. Chair yoga is available upon request. Recommended weekly or bi-weekly. Also available for special team building events or long seminars that require a deep relaxation tool.
